Computer and information services covers resident/nonresident transactions related to hardware consultancy, software implementation, information services (data processing, data base, news agency), and maintenance and repair of computers and related equipment (§ 164).

EDV- und Informationsleistungen sind informatik- und nachrichtenbezogene Dienstleistungstransaktionen zwischen Gebietsansässigen und Gebietsfremden. Hierzu gehören Datenbankdienste, wie die Entwicklung, Speicherung und Online-Verbreitung von Zeitreihen, Datenverarbeitung, Hardware-Beratung, Softwareimplementierung sowie Instandhaltung und Reparatur von Rechnern und Peripheriegeräten.
